CUSTOM Wiring Harness

We would be happy to build you a Custom Kit for your exotic or replica with different standard dimensions. The costs depend approximately on our standard kits. What we need:

•     all relevant dimensions between pots, jack and switches, measured middle to middle of a simple sketch or photo, see example photos of customers
•     a photo of the front of the guitar
•     a photo of the cavity
•     which potshaft - 6.35 mm solid shaft or 6.0 mm split shaft fine coarse (24 teeth)
•     which output jack, standard or long threaded barrel jack

In most asian replicas metric potentiometers with 8mm thread, 18-coarse splines shaft, and 18mm housing diameter are used. Our potentiometers have 3/8"- 9,5mm thread diameter, and 24mm housing diameter. Maybe the holes have to be enlarged a little bit, or the 24mm housing is too big for narrow cut-outs, which is often the case with PJ basses.
